Refunds and Returns Policy

Overview

We strive to make you happy with your purchase and that your expectations are met.  From dimensions in our listings, to the pictures, to the proofs – the only surprise we want is the amazement with how great the items are in person! 

Due to the individualized nature of our products, Slates return policy is limited.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in a condition that is different than what was ordered

If your product arrived damaged in the shipping process please contact us and we will do our best to work with the shipping carrier.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Due to the nature of offering customized items we cannot accept refunds

To be eligible for a return, if you purchased a product without any customization your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
